The adidas marathon shoes you see above is said to be a part of the adidas Marathon Series – an EQT Support 93 collection that was revealed back in February when they released the adidas EQT Running Support 93 Tokyo. We recently got a good look at the Boston version, now we turn our focus to the adidas EQT Running Support 93 London. The London inspired version of the EQT Support 93 has the shoe’s base come in a red suede construction.

adidas marathon tr 13 has introduced its new Marathon Series pack featuring the brand’s EQT Support 93 sneaker, inspired by iconic Adidas silhouettes. The first release in the series is the Tokyo EQT Support 93, which is influenced by the 1964 Tokyo Olympic Games. The EQT Support 93 features a suede blue upper with white and gold accents and the Japanese flag on the heel.

adidas marathon tr 15 and Parley for the Oceans unveiled prototypes of the shoes in December at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP21) in Paris and announced on June 8 that the running shoes will be publicly available. The shoe’s upper is made from ocean plastic collected from coastal areas off the Maldives and illegal deep-sea fishing nets. The plastics can be transformed into high-performance fibres suitable for running shoes.
